We do this by using one of the oldest and most powerful methods to train our bodies to be strong, fit, and young, and our minds to be calm and relaxed. Our program benefits all levels of experience.
I am very fortunate to be a member of the International Cheng Ming Martial Arts Association. I have met many friends from all over the world, and these friends have inspired my life. I want to thank Grandmaster Wang Fu Lai for teaching me martial arts for over 20 years. Not only has Grandmaster Wang taught me martial arts but also principles in life.
Grandmaster Wang always says, “Challenge yourself, stay humble, and don’t forget where you came from.”
I want to thank my family for supporting and encouraging me. I would also like to thank all of the students who have contributed their time to help build this school and our Cheng Ming USA organization.
